Tried that too but even that's super random.
I gave up that stage must be bugged since it only has 1 opponent

Let your main oneshot the vg, let ichigo attack the assaulter line, let ur prot finish the assaulter line, let both attack Kisuke.
You should get enough dmg while doing this, so requirement 3 is done too. T1 Kisuke + Cute Orihime as Zero DPS can help too.
