i have alot of gold i want to know what (normal event) can get me oetsu or hiki i dont want ansers like christmas or other holiday events thx.

Idk know about the best events, but hiki is about 12k gold spend in lucky turntable gold draw. Dont know about Oetsu. Would like to know myself.

The lowest you'll see Hikifune or Oetsu go for in regular events is 12k gold. Neither have dropped below that price except for one or two holiday events (oetsu was 6k last year during the thanksgiving event).

limited lease has no red partners except for TSI,  and the partners are more expensive there than anywhere else in the game

oh.   I'll be honest,  I've put quite a bit of gold in limited lease, lol  it does have good points...  but if your looking for zero division, or good value for partners,  it ain't for ya, lol
