if you can T1 her, make her faster than the rest of your assaulters at least,  also give her the best of your critical stones to help her give more fury to your assaulters.  have them with enough fury stones so when she skills, she makes them T1...  that is where her beauty is...  T1 is a game changer.  no questions

Since Rukia is always slow, u should try to get a T1 Kisuke at least, who is still quite slow, but at least faster than her.

like Evil said I wouldn't go for a T1 Rukia since she will usually if not always be slower then everyone else without the use of stacking your best stuff on her, your better off getting a full modded Urahara who can T1 your whole team. just throwing that out there

to T1 Kisuke that easily, you need to be level 100...  Rukia should hold that spot till then...  Besides, Kisuke is slow AF as well

but his final mod (+20 initial fury) which makes rukia easy to T1 as well can't happen till level 100...  If you can natural T1 Kieske,  you'd be stupid not to put it on Yama or someone that really does damage!!

I managed to get Kisuke my fastest partner, then Yama second fastest, currently those two are still luckily faster than my "challengers" in the arena, which is nice.
But yeah, I rahter just boost my Yama's and Kisuke's speed rather than trying to get Rukia, who is even slower, to get above Yamas speed. :/
