Our forum was close to that actually. People were like cool, accepting of that, yeah let's make a forum better place why not, until it happened, and they saw how absurd it was (Dude was giving warning and stuff, even for calling someone stupid). I'm not sure were you active or maybe just lurking, I wasn't posting only stalking for info but i still remember. Example he baned ajoalex for a couple of days for nothing

Nop not at all. And he disappeared after that, so he only ruined it for himself. I remembered one more. There was a CSB discussion, and someone said that he hates people that are higher lvl and stronger an purposelly stick around the lower lvls and register with full formation

Then someone replied on that, "yeah, cancer would be best for those people". I died laughing. I thought he deserved a medal, but he got a time out for couple of days cuz of that...
