Well just let someone look in his Crystal ball and tell you what will happen in the future, apparently all of us are having one, its only you who doesnt know what will happen in the future -.-

Nobody knows... How would anyone be able to? All that can be said is, that there are Prices that have been up twice, like Zangetsu for example (have there actually been other Prices that were in ubp twice?)
So seeing as there was atleast one Price in ubp two times, I would say that its not impossible for uno to come again in the future... But IF uno will come a second time, IF and its a really big IF (atleast in my opinion) you would probably have to wait quite some time for it to reappear.

When was Zangetsu the Price in ubp for the first time? December 2014 or so? It was quite some time ago...

-50 with daily beauty game so 500 vit
-50 with 3-day log-in beauty game so 150 vit in total (you will be able to claim them only 3 times)
-40 with seireitei restaurant so 400 vit
-66 with my girlfriend so 660
-180 with vit buy (I'm Vip 5 so I can buy it 5 times and have another one for free with shinigami agent) so 1800 vit
-144 with vit regen so 1440 vit

= 6350 vita in 10 days if I'm right

actually u forgot the chest u can have as reward for farming infuse gear items, from Divisions ladders.. forgot how they are called. there is one chest that gives 10 vit per day
