I know Tavern Kieske used to give me a lot of frags when I did him... maybe I'm remembering it wrong tho

Isn't this just anyone that is old in tavern?

The one-click daily collection of fragments gets lower the higher up you go

e.g Kensei at 15, next Kenpachi who gives 9, next Starrk who gives 7 etc.

So go for like the first few gold people I guess lol
