shinso is level 11 evo with last fury mod done. Isshin is fastest @214k, but Muramasa speeds supports before Isshin goes, so both Shinso and Tenjiro go before Isshin, All but Soph is T1 here are my 2 stars

Its a lease, you pay per day that you use him and then when it expires he becomes unusablem this is also pretty mucht the most expensive way to get a partner ^^

We didn't have it on my server then. I started on March 4th I believe. They might not have them on new servers yet. Does it show up like the other gold events or somewhere else?

It has a roster of rotation, no one knows what events are going to come next, so yea, it shows up together with events like ultimate top up etc.
