Well then I can explain to you exactly what's happening. There's a glitch in guild war where if a partner with a death mod is dead before the battle begins then their death mod will activate right after the person's zanpakuto attacks. Because it's not supposed to happen though it doesn't show your supporters as being dead. I tried contacting support about it for a very long time, after 3 months of getting no help they gave me the response "your opponent looks very strong. Please try to increase your bp and become stronger".

So yeah, don't expect any help from them. I somehow doubt they'll do anything to fix it now. Not when they completely blew me off on it for so long

Nothing will help. You're just gonna have to deal with it like I did. By acknowledging it will happen to you every single guild war until the guy quits or stops using b renji
