She's about equally as fast as Senju, taking into account Senjus speed bond and Nemu's slightly higher growth rate, it evens out.
But Senju does way more than Nemu, Nemu is purely PvP (in which she's average at best) while Senju does both.
I think Nemu is outclassed still, and I think anyone who buys her is making a mistake.
