I think it is the same as fury restriction, so immune to sealing fury is the same as immune to fury restriction, I think.

You cant generate any fury... from normal or fury booster i.e kisuke or rukia

yeah, for sure its a big chunk of cash...  it's about a month's pay in my world and it's still too much for a single top up, lol   in fact i don't think i've ever hit something bigger than $100 at any time, lol
