From my understanding, the Monthly Card you get when you top up 300 gold or more (for the sign in rewards - Coupons and the Mod Soul Fragments for 30 days) doesn't carry over the time. Meaning Top up 300 gold + 1 month, claim rewards then top up again after 30 days to get a new Monthly Card. It might be different then how I'm saying so, if someone who tops up monthly or more then monthly could weigh in it would help.

If I'm correct, you might of topped up during your current monthly card time and it didn't refresh the amount of days in which case it either works like that or a bug (I'm not really sure which). However with any gold related issue you really should contact support since it's costing you real money.

E-mail them [email protected]. When I click on the link it just opens up my outlook program.
