Better chars are coming but also more expensive

Okay...  Soph is a tough spot for me personally...   she's very defensive and helps your supports quite a bit...  she will never be truely OP, Noza Kenny, especially with Hyorinmaru, CAN be truely OP, PVE and PVP  Noza is more powerful, Soph boosts supports better...  but Noza is the choice most soph users make at level 125

If you have/plan to get hyorin, noza will be your last vg (unless you buy one), but you need to be lvl 120 soph rang will carry you until there

yama and noza are your best beta for a end game formation

Zanpaktsu only from ubp, as I won't topup more for a long time, What I wanted to know was a full formation for endgame.

If you top up in ultra hero you can get hyorin for 2,8k

with hyorin noza-yama-hiki-tenjiro

To be honest.. I don't think zanpaktus are worth it.. I really can't see much of a difference as I see with partners

Well, with hyorin u get 70% hp boost while u get 40% with kaze, kaze also reduce your vg dmg, hyorin doesn't, with other zanp you get different bonus and stats

he gives your supports a boost to speed, ignores your assaulters, but to your vanguard...  he greatly raises power (basically as he has no reduction in power) he also greatly increases your vanguard's def as well (huge boost to HP, and gives several good status effects)   And also Noza gets bonus effects from Hyorinmaru,  but so does Toshi, so if you go for Hyorinmaru, you can skip Soph as your Toshi will become much more solid and powerful instantly...  
a good party for you IMO
Hyorinmaru for your zanpacto
Toshi for vanguard (till you can replace with Noza)
Sexy and main for Assaulters (Yama would also fill this spot very nicely)
Tenjiro and Hikifune for support (Senjumaru could also be a good fit instead of Hiki)

Give Toshi the best of your assaulter/vanguard gear, and the best of your defensive/offensive stones (Strength, Stamina, 200% hit, Break Def, Block, & Counter would probably be what i would go with)
stack your supports with your speed and critical,  give your assaulters the leftovers from your vanguard
when your vanguard gets to max block, give the leftovers to assaulters, as blocking in ryoka and ES can make a huge difference
