I see no point to this.  If you're gonna bet coupons to players, wouldn't it be wiser to always choose the strongest or fastest player, so you always win.  I mean people have an idea who they can or cant beat.

lol but this will be us smaller players trying to bet on top payers its basically a prize system and I hope I know who to vote for incase the prizes are good
