that is debatable...
Wings vs Yama...  IMO, wings wins... but Yama is close, and his burn and status ailments can easily bridge that gap if you work him...  but Wings is faster, hits harder, and has good skill in pve and pvp...  100% combo rate added, plus reduces speed of foes...  for sure a solid partner
Isshin however...  There is no comparison between any CSB partner and Isshin...  nobody there is designed to fill his niche...  his void on assaulters is f*ckin unreal...  I didn't realize how nice void was till i started using it... It's amazing, plus his combo rate he grants others is again...  amazing, especially in pve...  Yes, Shura is better in pve for 90% of setups, but he's also a pain in the ass if he's not there full time as he uses a stupid weapon that no vanguard in the game uses, and not many assaulters do either...  plus for pvp, he's almost useless against all but god-vangs...

Yama... yes, he's outclassed by wings, but is MUCH easier to get, and if you hadn't already had H Byaukua, I'd bet you would probably have gotten Yama instead him (no matter how awesome H Byaukua is/looks)
Isshin's only competition in the game that compare with him is Shini Kensei, who does beat him IMO
As for Shura, again, only B renji seems to touch him in pve, and of course B renji seems to crush him...

I igree for the new servers is fine to go for yamamoto but for the others is not good to spend
resources on partner who gets beaten easy from ultimate aizen or any other from the new partners.
And he is useless on pve as for isshin   1 guy from my server replace him with ishida on pve events.

ishida...  that's a rare one there, lol   aside from his regen own fury 100%, i don't see him being better...  and with Isshin's ex skill he gets that back, lol   but yeah,  Ishida may be better as you get them,  not sure, never even seen one in outside of HMA or Youtube, lol
