Labour day is a public holiday in China, so I guess not or at least next year. Next special event to look out should be at June 9th which is the Dragon Boat Festival

Its not really hard, take some guildies. All of u create one or more chars on neighboorservers, which are in the same laboreventrange. Make some stuff there, u get enough vit and coupons there to make at least 2k laborpoints with each char in around 15 minutes work.
