Where can I get the pumpkin mod soul (apart from this current event series)? Wondering if it's worth topping up in this current event series* (or save for Ultimate Charge??), as I don't remember seeing the pumpkin in Anniversary Feast, for example? Is it only available on special holiday events?
*though I may wait till part 2 of Labor Glory if topping up is better then.
You can get some in Soul Cultivation by chance, especially Special Cultivation when they appear, but other than that, Pumpkin Soul frags are only available in special events and not very often, it seems. :/
