Is Bankai Rukia Broken?

I rented Bankai Rukia to check how good she is and noticed all her skill does it stun the Vanguard, I didn't see the extra damage every round.  Is her skill broken or mistranslated?  Also, what is Mutilate supposed to do?


This is the desciption from the Wiki:
attack all enemies, growth rate is 200%, decrease all enemies recovery rate by 100% for 2 rounds, cast mutilate and stun on enemy vanguard for 3 rounds, decrease enemy vanguard hp by 30% at the beginning of each round

mutilate reduces HP by percentage, if you tested her in PVE. it doesnt work here, mutilate is a pvp debuff

Thanks, I was testing her in Bond Training and King of Hollow Souls.

game devs cant have us clearing things too easily  ...

I was hoping she did a DOT, since it is normally the vanguard that is the hardest to kill.  I have 24 stages cleared on Bond Training Now.  Need to do 8-3 and all 3 in 9.
