Which Partner For PVE / PVP ?

Hi, need some help here

Current team:
Hikifune  Ikkaku
                          Ichibe
Kirinji      Main.C

I need to get a PVE focused team that can be used for a long time, also one that could handle PVP well, beacuse its difficult to handle more than 6-7 partners. Thinking about replacing Ichibe and maybe also Ikkaku for PVE.
Keep hearing people saying Isshin and B.renji is good for PVE, and Senjumaru is good in PVP and PVE but cant decide which is better to mix in overall
Kirinji is good early but Senjumaru is better when fully built later in the game.

Im in new server and trying to enhance my BP.
Zanpaktou is Zabimaru-Pve and Hyorinmaru-Pvp. Main mod soul is Hollowed Arrarancar (Kido)
My BP is very low for some reason . I've been looking at forums and guides and trying to do my best to improve my team and BP
