IMO, your team should look like this, end game...
Hikifune    Shini Kensei or Isshin
                        (PVE) B.Renji/Noza Kenpachi (late Ryoka and PVP)
Senjumaru  Main. C
Hyorin will work nicely with this setup as long as you stack on your noza fairly hardMuramasa or Zangetsu are probably the best you can get if your under that $1000 price tag
Senbon will be a no no because he ignores your supports
Tensa and Katen are of course wonderful with this setup also

Shini Kensei is more PVP oriented, Isshin is more PVE, both do both well
