What Partner would fit best for PVP

My normal team is Shy Nemu, Senjumaru, Mayuri and Ichibe.  I'm thinking of dropping Ichibe for either another Assualter or Supporter.  Senjumaru will get 4th mod tomorrow and will probably take over Nemu's gear.  When Senjumaru is able to become faster than Nemu, she will make Nemu T1 and increase her damage then Nemu will make the assaulters T1 and increase their damage.  I have Katen Kyokotsu for zanpakuto.

Maybe w ichi work's better for 2-3-0. But b renji is too good. White ichi for pvp and b renji for pve.

It looks like White Ichigo's buff stacks with Nemu's since she gives damage and he gives attack.  For this to work best I will need to make White Ichigo faster than Mayuri and main so they both get his buff.  I think I am going to work on White Ichigo next, he has a lot of levels to catch up and no mods.
