I am in that case not talking about my earlier explanation, as i realised that it was incorrect.
At this time, no one as far as we know have reached 1.8m speed without being on a test server, but it IS possible, and my whole point was that it is not impossible for someone to reach that amount of speed.

It might be improbable, but not impossible^^
