1 Evild4nte is faster than that character
that character may be 1st fast in *Peep*server but not fastest in Asia(n).
2 In that server max LV is 150 = = if max 159 maybe he/she will.
3 that character isn't mine.

I suggested 1 list with top 10 speed players only and open it to all players in the game. The old US/EU speed design was because the game was more advance in CN but now it is the same so there should only be 1 list and not fragmented like this.

Some of them have been playing a lot longer than us. I've personally been playing about 6 and a half months now.
