It's kinda hard to believe but it is doable if you have low agi, the gain isn't that high when you  ...

if you dont include mods of tenjiro... or ny kind of speed buff to both of char... they are equal.

Bruk has 3000 base agi, 5.2 growth rate and 20% agi talent

Tenji has 5000 base agi, 5.2 growth rate, 15% agi and 10% speed talent
(all info was taken from our only lovly wiki)

How can they be the same?

Edit: He said he had 3 star tenji(his 1st star gives 10% speed), while rukia's 1st star gives 8%

I had Shinso stacked hard going first to T1 team and lay a 200k kido attack AOE.  next was a stacked Isshin to do the same to the middle row and void them.  usually then the middle row was dead and supports were dead basicly,  tenjiro was third and usually hit the vang, which is really all i needed at the time from him...  B Rukia is much more consistent...   and for speed, yeah, the set i was using was my weak set (as tenjiro was set to go after both Shinso and Isshin, while using Muramasa as zan...

If your hiki, or first attacker is decent enough all your doing is mopping up which helps drastically + I don't need to pull him out for events and his ability (burn damage) actually works during pve events.  Always thoughts.

tenjiro had 2k speed more in setups...
he has 2k base agi higher...  so lets call that a wash there... (unless i'm looking at that wrong...)
now, same growth rate, Bruk has 5% more talent, Tenjiro has 2% more mod...  B rukia should be 3% faster at that point with no bond, evo, or SC, with same equipment on...   right?
