Take Me Hiki or Oetsu? Or wait and take a new partner
Now Formation for pvp:
Kirinji-main-
                                                       -Noza
Ultima-Isshin(next week W.ichigo)-

Now Formation for PvE(ES):                         Kirinji-main Shinso-Isshin           -Sexy

Now Formation for PvE(Ryoka):                         Kirinji-main                      -- Noza Shinso-Isshin

Zan: Zangetsu

I really do not know, maybe something for PvE buy, would take B.Renji, but it is not Lycky Turntable ((

Knowing our CSB getting Hiki won't get you any better than your current place atm. Endimion's speed is over 1m by now and he also bought katen.Oetsu would be more usefull for you since you're working on Kirinji's Exclusive, but I would suggest on waiting on a pvp partner.
What's your PVE dmg on ES?

Actually I think instead of Isshin put v.ichigo, what do you think?

Yeah, good choice. You already got ultima so Isshin isn't really helping you out. But I think you should work your PVE at some point. I don't know how is your server, but if we merge together which could happen you will be really left behind

In PVP yeah i put w.ichigo. what do you think. if i put in PVE formation w.ichigo?

It would probably boost you some cause of his buff and you would get rid of Isshin's combo randomness.

Just to conclude my thoughts, Hiki won't serve you atm anything great, Oetsu will have it's usefulness, having AOE that ignores invicibility and can boost your Kirinji's speed further. And then Brenji that will tremendously boost your pve.

I was facing the same dilemma 1.5 month ago, but I went the PVE route since I know that no matter what I can't beat the tops on PVP and truthfully I'm glad I did. Damage raised from 100m to 210m =)

Getting me hiki is ur best choice. It will actually change things in my csb.
