From what I've seen in HMA, the faster one wins.  The only time that doesn't hold true in my matches so far are against some Nozas.  I imagine if his Oetsu was faster than Senju, the match might of gone the other way.

That's him at the moment (so just about 550k speed with halo)

He would of wiped me with about 56k more speed.  They wouldn't of survived that attack power.

Oetsu is a dmg monster.
Just doesn't really compete well in the speed game tho lol

When I got Senju, I almost got Oetsu instead.  The reason I got her instead was what happens in this fight.

I wanted her to buff Nemu and make her T1 then Nemu to buff and T1 the assaulters.  It's rare for it to actually happen though since most of the time nothing survives long enough or I lose first.
