Skill : Attack all enemies, growth rate is 500%, recoverown fury by 150 points, decrease all enemies fury by 20 points, cast silence onenemies assaulters and vanguard for 3 rounds, chance to disarm for 2 rounds.

Bankai Kenpachi dont need wisdom XD, I dont think people spend a partner who attack himself or allies. Shadow your skill is more OP oh yeah. I made this based on my own idea and a bit of manga.

lol I like to make up skills that are op and would most likely never see the light of day
for example bankai yama
for his skill I would put
attack all enemies 315% cast fury restrict on all enemies and laceration on vanguard for 2 turns,ignite all enemies growth rate 75%, increase all allies attack by 25% and increase own fury by 100
