lol no if he has hiki his best investment is to t1 her then if he has enough he can renew but shini agent isn't that important it just lets you have the easy way out like the mop up for conquest and sure it gives you extra alliance shit but its only 3 you might as well wait another day one of the biggest things is hogyoku for it but hogyoku doesn't compare to a t1 hikifune in importance

Guess I'm out of touch with the newer partners lol. Oh well Voted for T1 Hiki, just make sure to make sure she lives and is actually fast as hell or money will be wasted like our current #1 on US 272.

t1 hiki is a very effective way to fuck some one over for instance I am fucked over by the second place in my server for his hiki makes all his partners invincible so I get buttraped by him

My example is about the same but only to a point. The player / #2 only has his Hiki @ 220k Speed if I remember correctly. In which case until I pass that speed amount enough to render the Hiki useless I have to deal with being 3rd. Once I past him since he is pretty inactive..it will be considered money wasted.

Much like my #1, 263k Speed Senju T1. Money Wasted..

Both inactive but sure spent a good amount. Only keeps me from retaking first for a few more months. Even figured up the #1 spent about $950 or more and to be beat by $45, I wouldn't show my face on the server much either like he is currently doing.

but it will take time to get your speed up to what was it 220k or something whatever the point is your gonna need that speed on someone who can make his ppl useless
