No, you don't need all 5 at once. As for hiki, it's expensive to t1, but I suppose one of the cheapest ways to get fury stones quickly is to use Bleach Treasure Map. The slower but cheapest way is to get 8 of them every time Reio Guardian comes out, but it would be a long wait.

You can find fury stone in other places, but the prices in general are bad. There are also ways of reducing the number you need such as enchanting your weapon with Psychic, which will give you 2 to 4 bonus fury at the start of the battle, and you can get bonus fury from the characters' evolutions.
