As for OP, any BP is reachable as VIP 0. Just requires a lot of time. Others with more event partners will reach higher due to base bp they offer is generally better. Your account however is actually pretty good in my opinion as long as it's under 6 months old? Reiatsu is pretty low which needs worked on and Gin's speed is kinda slacking but over all good job.

The topic creator was 708028464.  My VIP 0 character doesn't have any real work put in other that I hit gold status on main at level 59.  I have about 3000 blue stars and 1800 red stars now to make better equipment when I get to a higher level and I have 44k skill scrolls.  

I have Yachiru, Nemu, Ichigo and Kaien.  I have enough purple reishi for another partner, but I haven't decided who to get.  I might replace Kaien for Lisa/Rukia or Nemu for Orihime.
