He quit about a month before Server Merge @ April from what I was told by the #2 from US 271 which was Titan's server, and he hasn't logged on since which does bring into question real player or Dev / Test character....or I'll also add the option of really stupid rich dumbass lol.

Also, Shadow I have faith in you it's just a matter of well basically time. I'm sure you will continue to stack him and such which will make it a endless goal which is fine by me but at some point I'd end up having 4 partners and main at that BP. However if, you think about it considering you said before your server was 8 months and some days old (or your account was), you only have 2 months on me time wise and I like to keep stuff balanced. If I stacked 1 partner I know I'd hit that BP right now without much issue considering I have 4 partners stoned the same way which is currently a mix of level 6 (mostly level 7) spirit stones.

If he was a dev, I see no reason for him to top-up in Ultimate Charge.

He was more than likely just some guy with a lot of dough to blow.
