Probably cuz kisuke's attack is lowest... even then the vanguard lol... which is the basic reason that he has low bp.. raise his attack to 75-80k then watch his bp...

Kazeshini doesn't give as much bonus to him as it gives to the rest of your team, also kisuke is kin ...

My main reason to use Kisuke is that he is a T1 it helps a lot...I want to get Cute from Soul tomorrow any idias about new formation or more?

Kisuke is Kido based meaning wisdom increases his attack, use strength only for extra physical defense. Also, a lot of things factor why he might be lower. Lower Spirit Stone levels, spirit infusing, fortify levels. Zanpakuto also has some effect on BP example Kazeshini adds more to midline so support might be a bit lower due to lower stats boosted. Exclusive level, evolution, spirit forge accessories and the list goes on. Yamamoto for example has higher based BP just because he is a event type partner which much higher growth which effects overall partner BP also.

Wouldn't worry too much about the BP, since PvP boils down to 2 things really, Damage and who gets the skills off first (speed/fury).

My kisuke has lvl 7 wisdom in all parts of equpiment
He only has one lvl 6
Is that bad?

I tend to stone differently then others and I don't use kisuke for pve(yet) or pvp for that matter but in general if your going to T1 him I'd do something along the lines of this.

Wisdom, Agility, Fury (6 Primary for T1), Critical, Counter, Break Defense. If he is T1 he will use skill and you will regain the fury regardless of if he hits or not (that is if you don't need his damage), for PvP same can be used which you would more then likely miss most of the time, but have the Break Defense in case you don't so not too much worry about the blocks. Others could tell you better though since like I said, I don't use him currently.
