I've been looking on the forum for more insights on this, but I couldn't find an answer.

So I've read a lot about the T1 kisuke/rukia formations that are being used endgame. I'm using Dark rukia and I wonder if this partner is endgame or if I should switch to Kisuke ASAP and start modding him.

My pve formation: D.Rukia+Kirinji / Ikkaku+Main+Zabi.Renji (sogyo + 8th skill)
My pvp formation: Yoruichi+Kirinji / Zabi Renji+Main / Sajin (Kazeshini + 10th skill)

Vip 6 / level 95 and close to getting both Yamamoto and Pantera grimmjow.
Fury stones - I have 6 primary fury stones(10% each)

As I have a solid BP lead on my server, I'm focussing more on PVP and was thinking of replacing Yoruichi with Gin at level 100. Would that be the right call ?

Yourichi and Gin fill different roles,  Gin is assaulter control, and Yourichi is support control.  Cute orihime is free and better than Dark Rukia in every way shape and form.  Yama is also free and being your focusing on PVP, he is a must unless you plan to buy a partner or two.  IMO, two good looking parties for you...

Kazeshini zanapcto
Gin              Yama
                                Sajin
Yourichi       Main

Kazeshini Zanpacto
Yourichi(T1 from kiuske)     Yama(T1 from Kiuske)
Kiuske (T1)
Gin(T1 from kiuske)            Main

both of these parties could own in PVP, the deciding factor on which you choose would be your fury stone count

for a more balanced party, how about this one?
Kazeshini PVP  zabimaru PVE
Kiuske                  Yama PVP Ikkaku PVE
                            Kenpachi PVE             Norialta PVP
Yourichi PVP Cute Orihime PVE   Main Partner

Or if you switched up and decided to go straight PVE for some reason

Zabimaru Zanpacto (or sogyo preferably)
Kiuske                   Pan Grim
                             Kensei/ikkaku/kenpachi/Zabimaru Renji
Cute Orihime         Main Partner

Mylar, I really appreciate your detailed response!

I know that the same questions keep on being asked about Kisuke tier 1 and I've the detailed explanation of it bookmarked. So cheers for getting in to this.

From what I gather in your post, is that dark rukia should be replaced with either Cute orihime or indeed go for the T1 kisuke. What i find surprising, is that in the line ups you suggest, there is no space for Kirinji. I'm liking your suggestion for Gin/yoruichi +Yama/main + sajin and Kisuke/yoruichi a lot though, but I understand that yoruichi would be key in this formation to battle against the T1 kisuke formations I'll be facing.

In the current meta, would you say that the T1 kisuke formations are the most favourable ones or is it quite diverse ?

meh,  he's not great, but his 4th mod is an annoying stun to deal with (from the other guy's perspective) and he's mildly offensive, lots of HP,  You can make him very good, but not amazing IMO

If you have either the brute force, or strategy partners for it, basicly the only thing that beats an effective T1 team, is a faster T1 team, or one that is much much stronger
and yes, i did leave out Tenjiro...  if you pull Sajin and put Tenjiro for him, then maybe, us him as cleanup behind Yama.  IMO Tenjiro has 2 uses...  He can play clean up behind an AOE nicely and usually deals with the vanguard which can be very handy.  and he can also speed things up.  If he's T1, he adds 20% to the speed of your other supports, which can be very handy with your (as your finding out, or soon will, lol) slow ass Kiuske, then if you can get ahold of a zanpacto like muramasa that boosts your support's speed even more (12% for muramasa)...  ugh.  i'm rambling,  sorry about that,  you get what i'm saying.
