anyone have 100% verified what level TSI gets exclusive?  is it level 40 or 75?

yeah,  sounds like you haven't worked that system yet much...   the first level it says gives growth rate, not sure on second, and apparently the third is the skill     not trying to be rude i promise,  just saying
