my stark has:
.6 lvl 6 strenght
.3 lvl 7 wisdom plus3 lvl 6 wisdom

that makes me sad...
dodge is totally useless for 99% of builds after level 100
he needs break def instead of dodge
he needs crit instead of wisdom stones
and where are his hit stones?

How can you make on offensive anything without hit stones?!?!?!?
for a GOOD Starrk, he needs level 8+ stones everywhere (preferably level 10+) and ultimate gear, great hogus, everything...  with that he can be a GOD, without them he's a glass cannon...  hits hard, breaks easy

for your stones, H Ichi looks like a MUCH better choice for you

however...  VIP5...
Why aren't you even considering Noza?
He's the best PVE Vanguard in the game ATM
and for PVP, if you work his attack, and block hard enough, he can be a game changer!!

indeed it did, simply 10% str more, im perfectly fine with that on an offensive vg ^^
