Yes EU 25 will likely be merged with EU 26 if they merge by 2's which I'm 99.9% sure they will do.

There are like 3-4 quincies playing events at EU25. EU26 seems to have a low quincy population too. Wouldn't it be really imbalanced?

Probably, but if they do it how Unlimited Ninja merges servers, it's going to be in order, as I stated.

I said in the OP, that there is a chance they MAY merge them out of whack for balance, it's something they was thinking about as a possibility, but I don't think they will, they want balance, but it's near impossible to do it for every server. SO more than likely they will give in and do it by 2's, in straight order.

God damnit couldn't he be in like US or EU1 or something, I don't want to end up merging with that server in a few months, or at least I hope he has quit by that time XDD RIP EU28 in a bit.
