in the Us servers it is centeral daylight timezone and on the Eroupe server it says Brittan summer time zone

you can't for the hollow mask I know and for the Ban-Kai that's only for your zanpakuto

3rd option, the one to use gold, it'll use the pills first.

Click on the reitsu button on the left of the screen to pull it up.

When you go to Soul Map you have 2 tabs in the upper left corner. (Soul Training and Soul Skills)
Then you go to Soul Skills and find the skill you want to upgrade. As you can see under the icon of the skill there is a + sign highlighted. You click that + and select upgrade. The amount is also written when you've clicked +.
