Need vanguard tips for newbs.

So, I have Shiba Ganju. I just know that for tankers I need HP or stamina or block or dodge. So which one and how to strengthen those fields?

get a better vg like sado at lvl 40 and dont change it with yachiru wait until u hit lvl 70 and get sajin he is like a wall.and but counter hit and some break def.so this is wha i have for u

Ganju Shiba. Strength, Wisdom, Stamina, Hit Rate, Block, Counter. (pretty much the same for all Vanguards with the exception of the damage type).
