The support in this game are very slow to respond, you can find help eseayly in forums, if it's a bug related to game of course only admins and supports can help you,

I can't do anything to help with that issue, and the admins are the support staff, it's the weekend, they aren't working.

The support staff who works for GoGames is 2 people only, Cyrus and Charlie (his boss).

So it's basically one person going through all those e-mails, so put yourself in his shoes and try imagining to deal with thousands of e-mails, and do your other work to.

Warry for treppassing my legitimate area, my  intention is to help fellow members, idk how many people works their and i assumed if he contacted you he'll get a better answer
