As i said it depends on your luck dude (on how many fragments you get when spending vit it could be 9k,10k ....)

What do people think UBP will have?  It won't be a red partner, Tensa or Katen....   and if it was a red partner it would be the weakest ones possible, not the partners people want.

People seem to think UBP will make people powerful, it never does.  The best you could have ever done was to get Isshin WAY back at the very beginning, but even then Isshin wasn't able to beat White Ichigo that the big spenders had.

UBP is a bone for F2P to give them hope that they can compete with where people were a year ago...  and all you have to do is give up all your hopes of being competitive (saving vit and losing out on 100+/day instead of growing faster/stronger with it).   Saving vit is the ultimate way to gimp yourself, I've always said it and will continue to say it.

Ubp was made to keep ppl that can't buy stuff with gold don't quit easily, having an edge above low vips and other f2p (possibly stooped high vips), not to make them as strong as a decent VIP 10.
In my opinion ubp should give worse rewards or work like it should ( not being able to break the vit cap). Probably I'll be hated for most f2p now, but this is true, I bought senbon like a yr ago for 15k gold, now is free... They didn't fix vit cap cus it helped to maintain more ppl playing but it always frustrates abit when you spend your money on something that ppl will get for free later

Only a few ppl will agree with me, mostly mid/high vips, and low vips/f2p will hate, feel free to agree or hate idc, this is my opinion
