Should I buy Byakuya?

Go for byakuya though, he is annoying as heck when he is set up right.

Also after I get lvl 40 reiatsu how much percentage of my silver should I spend on forge and tavern cause I have a strategy to use the armor +20 lvl which means lets say I am lvl80 and I will use it until lvl 100 so I dont have to waste my forges.

Just spend what you feel is appropriate, make sure you can do the events that you need to spend silver on everyday though ^^

Replace that 7 Day Ichigo for Byakuya if you are looking to gain more of an edge in PVP if you are looking PVE Ikkaku is better for activities.

Byak is craptastic.... anyone VIP0 going for a PvP partner over a PvE partner is a moron.  I'd love to sugar coat it, but it's quite frankly the stupidest possible thing you can do.

This game revolves around silver.  You need it for absolutely everything.  Even getting 100+ million silver a day isn't enough for what you need at higher levels.  And it's even more critical for VIP0's to get silver to try and keep pace at some degree with the higher VIP's.

As a VIP0 you'll never be good at PvP.... and the best partner you can get is 100% free from Exclusive.  He's better than Byak in every single way.  

Focus on getting as much silver as humanly possible, which means PvE partners.  Kisuke & Ikkaku.

Nicely said and I strongly agree that PVE is more important than PVP long term.

Aim for Ikkaku , you need to focus on pve to be able to get more ryoka kills in the future

Is that supposed to be good or bad?  Because that's not high at all if you were thinking it was.  To me that tells me you have absolutely zero chance to make Byak any good even if you got him.

Get byakuya but drop ichigo he's practically useless after levels 70 unless you stack a lot into him
Could run a yoruichi ...haribel.....byakuya and sajin formation
