I think Koma afterall, to make Nnoitra above Koma you will need lv 7-8 agi hogu + a bunch of agi stones. He is only usefull if he cast his buff before enemy main attack.

Koma's main advantage that he requires just lv70, else he is neither that good at higher lvl's.

Havent met many people with nnoitra. In my opinion he is pretty much useless, he is only good for annoying ppl with his stun from 4/5 mod dont know exactly which one... If you can invest a lot.. it is much better to just make strong shinji or buy event vanguard than wasting resources on nnoitra and then get stark... For most players, sajin is the best choice... His tankiness is ridiculous and will easily last till 100/110 depends if you prefer stark or ichigo.

It depends on the strategy you use,komamura can protect only himself ,noitra can protect the assaulters with his special ability... this is my strategy
