I'd say Isshin if you're using 3 Assaulters, which I hope you are for PVE lol

I think i'd just say Shura if you already have a good set of assaulters and you just need more raw damage, by a mile with Shura's case lol
Isshin overall should do you better, giving your assaulters that extra chance to attack once more

but yeah if possible, get both, they're great together xD ^^

Then Isshin, you want B.Renji attacking as much as possible

B.Renji is the replacement for CSB Kenpachi pretty much, you don't want them both in the same formation (Though that is still good), but you'd rather want B.Renji to deal as much as possible; Isshin to make him combo rate more ^^

if you are planning to get one then don't get any of them.
Shini kensei has better combo rate.

with B Renji?  Isshin all day long, without B Renji, Shura is very nice

I heard Hitsugaya's freeze effect worked on ES. Letting him hit in last and with enough fury to skill each turn allow you to keep fighting the 20 rounds ?

check your block status, if you have 75%+ block on all your assaulters, You will probably do better damage with Isshin (probably) but Sexy Yourichi will do better than Isshin by a mile, plus her fury gain will help others skill harder/more often, plus she gives supports more damage rate...   I pulled Isshin for Sexy running a 0-3-2 and my PVE damage went up .5% day one on a level 150 ES...  that was with an Isshin that was MUCH more developed than Sexy was...
also, main with 8th skill can get B Renji to attack twice each round if you have enough fury building...
