same thing on 334 got a guy named Ochiai who seems to have no killing cooldown, this isn't the free to play refresh like ES or in Ryoka this guys killing every 4-5 seconds instead of 14-15 seconds the killing cooldown seems to be missing on him I am sure this is some sort of exploit
