Yeah but I think they value b.renji a bit more than retsu. After all you can get her in most events where you can buy partners or at least in way more than renji but b.renji is quite rare in this department. Thats not to say it is impossible. Senbon was considered to be a dream to appear in ubp many months back and they put it in after all but I personally most likely wont wait any longer. I hoped for several months that they will put him in lease event when china had him. I aint waiting another several months for the slight possibility that they put him in ubp and considering their trend in making pvp aoe assaulters all the way these days I am not optimistic enough that they will suddently make some  pve focused assaulter from quincies.
