Noza no doubt cause he is a pve beast and fares well in pvp by using the logic, 'if you can't kill me I win right'. While on the other hand byakuya is a pvp only char with so such tank capabilities. To top it all off you got hyorimaru which is just made for noza XD. Hope that helped
