Noob T1 ( I guess ) need your opinion

My team has c.orihime,kisuke,assault,ikkaku and sajin. my kisuke has 2 primary fury and 4 basic fury and my c.orihime has 3 basic fury stone. I'm planning to make my  supports and assaulters into t1,is 24k coupon enough to make them t1 ?? currently I have nearly 20k coupon
