Stark is better than ryumon. His cost is too high for the low utility he provides. Not to mention modding him will take a while and he is even more squishy than stark.
I'd rather get 2 lvl 6 stones of everything and put them on stark than spend all I have on ryumon.

136.05% from what I figured up after actually checking my old account. Ryumon Ikkaku is around 110% ish with Hollow Ichigo being like 111%. Either way he still is a good partner depending on how built, zanpakuto you use with him and really the amount of time you'll invest into him. Same can really be said about all of the partners really.

I mean even my Ganju project (still going strong) outclasses 90% of the same level Sajins etc..

And if you factor in mod inherits, Suzu he won't take but maybe 100 gold to fully mod using the kisuke method or even harribel to inherit fragments. Couple him with his own zanpakuto which offers a heal based on his attack and you got a mini Noza. Not saying he's better then Stark but he is a contender and only overlooked due to the price tag 28,500 Coupons.
