Shuhei Hisagi vs White Ichigo

Who should i invest on? I have both char, but not sure which of them are best to build up.

shuhei is good in pve and also pvp with his skill

it all depends... among thos two i prefer w.ichi (just opinion tho)
on the pros you get from w. ichigo is quite nice and balansed stats and growthrates of stats. his bug growthrate on skill witch by the way works wonders both in pve and pvp both because ot hte growthrate and teager area and the buff/debuff of dmg and dmg rate he gives and his talent gives a decent comborate too (he will increase that % trough evo)
since he gives himself a furyboost after skill if you give him yout absolutly all it is possible to generate the remaining fury until a new skill is ready and he can effectivly skill each turn if absolutly needed (that might mean no vg tho. but if you win in speed and he is t1 he would probably be the best killer out there (excluding the stacked senju, hiki and oetsu some high vip's have)

i dont know all that much about suhei tho but i think he is a bit faster than w.ichi and if you happen to get a hold of a t12 hogy you cha must be red quality to wear it witch suhei is and w.ichi isnt)
as far as the sill goes i think suhei is a bit more to the pvp as his skill has less growthrate and more "effects" to it also he heals up at the time of skill


pve w.ichi for shure

pvp more of a guess but i like to be agressive so in my mind w.ichi with a small advantage (just barely tho)

I just compared them on the wiki (http://bleach-online-user.wikia.com/wiki/Shuhei_Hisagi and http://bleach-online-user.wikia.com/wiki/White_Ichigo)

Shuhei seems to have more dmg than White Ichigo (on their own) while White Ichigo has crazy good combo rate+dmg buff. Shuhei will skill very turn and White Ichigo can skill every turn if you have two fury givers.

Shuhei has much better growth rate. Shuhei has a much better ex-skill, and more dmg/crit rate from evo. Shuhei has easier(cheaper) to get partners for bond. Shuhei can use t12 hogus.

White Ichigo has more combo rate and potentially more dmg in a 2-3-0 formation.

Final thoughts; Shuhei beats White Ichigo in PVP because he simply has more dmg and therefore one-shots easier, but even if he doesn't he gets 100 fury back to skill again while W.Ichi gets 35.

In PVE your best choice is to just run both of them (which I assume you do), I've been trying to figure out which one beats the other in PVE but I can't. W.Ichi is really good because of the dmg buff and combo rate but Shuhei is just stronger, meaning he deals more dmg. So what I think you should do is, put your exclusive fragments on Shuhei to get the Ex-skill, and evo White Ichigo first for the exra combo rate. I would also mod Shuhei first, but only to get the dmg buffs then I would get them on W.Ichi as well.

Abd to add to it, besides berserk and uno kenpachi, don't ever get any gold Partner. From now on the treasures and the other stuff will most likely can be equipped on red partners.
Therefore white ichigo is already a gutter partner.

I haven't even used Retsu Kenpachi in a few months.  She can't use my supporter gear.  The only gold partner I use now is Bankai Rukia in PVP to deal with a TSI in CSB.  I also haven't used Berserk Renji in a few weeks since he can't use my assaulter gear anymore unless I do a lot of gear shifting.

How many mods does Hisagi need to be better than White Ichigo?  Hisagi is one of the few reds I don't have.

Too risky to count on a mere assumption.
Even with partner upgrade hisage wouldn't be inferior to white imo. Besides his combo rate ofc.

ehh you never know ive heard from rythen they could have new skills so it may be better

I would say til his forth mod. 6th mod is for maximum dmg utility.
He has 20% talent dmg rate, 30% from mods (decrease avoid injury also counts as dmg rate) and 12% from evo
21% crit chance from evo as well.
With that you have
62% extra dmg rate and 111% crit chance..
With the reduce fury counter mod u can go against hikis and such with a decently defensive team. Aka kukaku/Isane.
His dmg is huge. Very huge since it counts like this (Attack-def)*skill growth rate*(Dmg rate% - avoid injury%)
Your dmg eate can end up multiplying your dmg to insane degrees. And he attacks every turn.
Only problem is getting him to survive to do that dmg. And he doesn't have ignore inv which is a little downside.
Butso far I can assure you that hisage is better than white with his forth mod.
