for skill this is about set in stone right now

the normal str is 100% (unless you get bounses incresing dmgrate then you might have 170%dmgrate normally
the skill will then take your normal dme (normal attack with dmgrate buff) times the dmgrate of the skill example 350% will make the skill 3,5time stronger than the normal attack

its your attack x skill growth rate.
so 300,000 x 3.5
use a calculator and you'll see
if you want the more advanced version then it's like this.

(Attack - def ) *Skill growth rate (dmg rate - immune rate )

nah actually the complete formula is

[ATK*ATK_Buff*Skill_Growth*Skill_Nerf - DEF*DEF_Buff*DEF_nerf] * [DMG_RATE*DMG_RATE_buff*DMG_RATE_nerf - IMU_Rate]
I already checked it myself with every partner on my formation on a partner that I could check the stats, and it went perfectly

Same thing.
By attack I meant your total attack from buffs. and by enemy def I meant your total def after the buffs.
You simply made this a little bit more complicated by adding each buff at a time.

Who Cares About growth rates when b.renji has only 5k difference b/w p.def and s.def when he got 4.9 on strength and 2.1 on wisdom lol.growth rates are shit man, both kirinji and b.rukia got 5.2 growth rates but the base speed of both is different.

and does growth rates really matter when you have starrk?
