Apparently they are testing something as well. They may be prepping EU for server mergers since Ultimate BP is shared between servers there (or so I've heard), so it don't matter if they merge.

Not saying they are, but they may be prepping them for doing it in a few days.

And i don't know, but i think our PGM isn't very active anymore, haven't seen him in a while.

I don't know what they will do. Maybe some small form of compensation, maybe. I don't know.
